Shipping & Delivery Time
- Free Standard Shipping within 5 – 7 business days in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
- International Shipping within 7 – 10 business days.
Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days of Warehouse Processing time for in-stock items.
Restrictions
In some cases, our carriers may be unable to ensure safe delivery to your address. Please provide specific details, such as street and building numbers, if available.
Shipping Address Limitations
We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. P.O. Box shipping is available only within the U.S. using standard service. Unfortunately, shipping to non-continental European countries is not supported.
Failed Delivery Situations
We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by customer negligence. This includes but is not limited to incorrect delivery information, such as an incorrect address, contact number, or consignee’s name. In such cases, we are unable to process a refund.
